Phylicia Rashad Defends Bill Cosby Against Rape Allegations

Posted in: ,

Phylicia Rashad, the iconic TV wife from the Bill Cosby Show is speaking up for the 77-year-old comedian who has been named by about 20 women in rape allegations over the past few months. So far, many of Bill Cosby's friends and colleagues kept their distance, so Phylicia Rashad standing by his side will surely mean a lot. In a recent interview, she said;

“Forget these women. What you’re seeing is the destruction of a legacy. And I think it’s orchestrated. I don’t know why or who’s doing it, but it’s the legacy. And it’s a legacy that is so important to the culture.”

Janice Dickinson Calls Out Bill Cosby's Wife For Staying With A Cheating Husband

Posted in: , ,

Janice Dickinson has spoken out her thoughts about Bill Cosby's wife who has stood by her husband despite all the rape allegations. When asked how she feels for Camille Hanks with all the allegations against Bill Cosby, Janice said she feels sad for the woman.

But it's obvious from her answer that Janice thinks Camille made the wrong choice to stay with a man who would do such things to other women. Towards the end, it seems like Janice Dickinson is also expecting and apology or comments from Bill Cosby's wife on the rape allegation.

Bill Cosby’s Hollywood Walk of Fame Star Vandalized with Word ‘Rapist’

Posted in: ,

Comedian Bill Cosby will not be having too many laughs these days as accusations of sexual assault against him continue to mount. In the wake of these allegations, which some say number more than 20 at the last count, the 77-year-old's star on the Hollywood Blvd Walk of Fame has been defaced. The word “rapist” was written three times over the star with what looks like marker pen.

The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce said Cosby’s star, which was defaced with a marker pen, was being cleaned up. The organisation filed a police report citing vandalism of a registered California state landmark.

Bill Cosby Counter Sues - Accuses Woman In Sex Claim Of 'Shakedown'

Posted in: ,

Bill Cosby's lawyer, Martin Singer, has counter sued a woman who is suing the comedian for molesting her as a teenager, accusing her of "engaging in a shakedown".  He wrote in court papers that Judy Huth had tried unsuccessfully to sell the same story about the US comedian to a tabloid a decade ago.

He said the lawsuit brought by the claimant and her attorney followed a failed attempt to extort $250,000 from Cosby. In the document, Mr Singer dismissed the claims as "absolutely false". He is seeking damages for his celebrity client of more than $33,000.

3 New Bill Cosby Accusers To Be Represented By Famed Feminist Lawyer Gloria Allred

Posted in: , ,

Three more women have come forward to accuse Bill Cosby of sexual assault and are being represented by famed feminist lawyer, Gloria Allred. The attorney spoke today at a press conference in Los Angeles, challenging Bill Cosby to waive the statute of limitations and stand trial.

Allred said the ball was now in the comedian's court as she proposed that alternatively he could establish a $100 million fund to settle with the victims, with retired judges ruling on the awards.

Video - Janice Dickinson In Tears After Detailing Alleged Bill Cosby Rape

Posted in: ,

Many women have accused Bill Cosby of various manners of sexual assault, but Janice Dickinson I think, is among the few that say he actually raped them in the manner many of us regard as rape. The two had no romantic relationship before or after the incident, and she had only come to meet him in order to discuss opportunities for her career.

The 59-year-old former supermodel and TV personality has again described in graphic detail how Bill Cosby allegedly drugged her and then raped her in a Lake Tahoe hotel room in 1982.

My Entire Thoughts About The Bill Cosby Rape Scandal [RE - Verastic]

Posted in: ,

This is a response to Vera's questions on the allegations of sexual assualt and rape on Bill Cosby, one of which is why it seems some people have already convicted Bill Cosby of the crime. I can't answer for those people, but I can speak for myself.

I cannot categorically say Bill Cosby is guilty of rape because I'm not a court of law. However, I tend to go with the women on this. More than 20 unconnected women telling almost the same story cannot ALL be lying. Like you noted, they have nothing to gain as the statute of limitations has passed.

You have to know they didn't start talking today. 13 of them were willing to talk 10 years ago, but Bill Cosby PAID one of them and closed the door on the others coming forward. One still continued talking and has been vocal since then, Barbara Bowman.

Bill Cosby Denounces Hecklers As Woman Protests At Comedy Tour

Posted in: ,

Bill Cosby still won’t directly address the allegations of sexual assault against him by over 20 women, and as reported by several reputable media outlets, but he did speak on why he isn’t speaking about them.

He also denounced calls by a certain radio presenter for people in the audience at his already scheduled shows to heckle him for comments during his on-going comedy tour. At the latest stop in Florida, the 77 year old comedian got a standing ovation at the end of his routine in which he did not at all address the allegations. One woman did come out to the event with a placard to protest.

Another Woman, Michelle Hurd, Accuses Bill Cosby Of Inappropriate Sexual Behavior

Posted in: ,

Michelle Hurd, an actress who's best known for her TV work as a series regular on “Law & Order SVU”, is the latest to accuse Bill Cosby of inappropriate sexual behavior. While she does not claim to have been raped, I think it’s brave of her, like all the other women, to tell the story at all. She also recounts a story from another woman who was not as lucky to get away.

The actress says she's coming forward to share her personal account of being inappropriately touched by Bill Cosby as a stand-in on the set of “The Bill Cosby Show”, because of some comments she's been reading in support of the 77-year-old comedian. Michelle took to Facebook to share her story as opposed to selling it to a tabloid, and I think that's part of being genuine.

Comedian Faizon Love Defends Bill Cosby

Posted in: , ,

Faizon Love, a stand up comic who has also acted in several black movies, has spoken out against comedian Hannibal Buress on the Bill Cosby rape issue. He also says he believes all the women who have so far accused Bill Cosby are lying.

While some of Bill Cosby's fans have been alienated, Faizon Love is obviously making a stand for the legendary comedian. Sexual assault allegations have continued to grow against Bill Cosby who prefers to remain quiet in the midst of the controversy.

Hannibal Buress was the first person to actually call Bill Cosby a rapist in a routine last month. The clip from that performance went viral and gave a louder voice to several women who also alleged to have been assaulted by Bill Cosby since another woman took him to court in 2005 for rape.

Bill Cosby's Lawyer Calls Rape Allegations Ridiculous, Why Not Sue For Defamation?

Posted in: ,

While Bill Cosby refuses to make any personal comments on the allegations, whether to deny or accept that he did have connections with these women, his lawyers have spoken again on his behalf. I find this very disappointing as someone who was a big fan of Bill Cosby. It tells me that he really does not respect women.

Even women-repressive Quran says the testimony of 3 women is emough to make a case, and yet Bill Cosby expects us all to disregard similar comments from almost 20 unconnected women? OK, some say these were consensual relationships, but I ask, why the need for drugs on each of their first times?

Bill Cosby's lawyers calls the women's stories fantastical, and their claims illogical. My question is this, if this is as he says, why has Bill Cosby's legal team not charged any of these women to court for defamation or libel?

Posted in: , ,

Supermodel Janice Dickinson spoke out a few days ago about being one of over a dozen women who say they were sexually assaulted by Bill Cosby between the 1960s to as late as 2005.

Dickinson spoke with Entertainment Tonight, saying that Bill Cosby invited her to Lake Tahoe in 1982 while he was performing there. According to her, the comedian told her he was going to help her with her acting and singing career.

Like the other allegations, Janice Dickinson says there was drugging involved in the rape. She reveals that Cosby offered her a glass of wine and a pill she thought was for her menstrual cramps. That was the last thing she remembered.

Raven-Symone rose to fame as Bill Cosby's step-granddaughter on "The Cosby Show," and sometime yesterday, memes about a dark side to her closeness to the comedian began making the rounds. The young star is speaking out against those rumors that he sexually assaulted her.

She posted the above picture to her Instagram with the caption below...

"I was NOT taking advantage of by Mr. Cosby when I was on the Cosby Show! I was practically a baby on that show and this is truly a disgusting rumor that I want no part of! Everyone on that show treated me with nothing but kindness. Now keep me out of this!"

Some of the pictures circulated include the following, especially where her little hand is placed in the first picture.

Therese Serignese is another woman adding her story, face and name to the list of those who say they were sexually assaulted by Bill Cosby. Therese reveals that she was Jane Doe #10 in the case that the comic settled out of court in 2006.

Therese Serignese, now 57, was still a teenager in 1976 when she says a man, Bill Cosby, made a sexual advance on her outside the Las Vegas Hilton where he was to perform later that night. He invited her to the show and she said yes. She believes more women are only coming out now, decades after the abuse because when you're older, you care less what people think of you.

Bill Cosby's Lawyer Refutes Rape Allegations By Janice Dickinson

More than 13 women had come forward over the years with allegations of rape involving Bill Cosby who is now 77. The latest woman to come out with her story is 59 year old model Janice Dickinson who gave a teary interview on Entertainment Tonight yesterday.

The supermodel claims the incident occurred in Lake Tahoe, California in 1982, and explains why she's only coming forward now;
